CERN is a particle physics complex that is open to researchers globally. It has three accelerators that are used to accelerate particles to a fraction under the speed of light and detectors that are like electronic eyes, and can make the particles visible. CERN is located on the French-Swiss border, west of Geneva, and at the foot of the Jura mountains.

HistoryEdit

CERN began in the 1950s as the European Organization for Nuclear Research. Since then, the name has been changed and is now known as the European Laboratory for Particle Physics.

PurposeEdit

CERN is a secret Ekaterina stronghold. It is also where the clue hydrogen was hidden.
